A) Overview: - Awareness, Documentation & Auditors Training seminars are designed to provide a basic understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001 Standard, its benefits, documentation requirements & auditing methods, which can be obtain by beginning the journey to ISO 9001: 2000 QMS certification.

B) Participants: - 1) All the employees who will be the part of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001: 2000 Standard.2) And all others who want to know more about “Quality” System (QMS) based on ISO 9001, including students (Graduate, post-graduate) & others.

C) Course objectives & Seminar Contents: -
C-1) ISO 9001: 2000 QMS Awareness Training: -
a) Course Objective:- To create a basic awareness about Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001: 2000 Standard and its benefits.
b) Seminar Contents:- Introduction, Definitions of Quality, Quality Assurance, Overviews of ISO 9001 Clauses & Benefits of ISO 9001.
c) Eligibility:- Understand English language (as the seminar will be in English)
d) Schedule:- Sat. of 1st week & Wed. of 3rd WeekJan. 07- 6 & 17Feb. 07- 3 & 14Mar. 07- 3 & 14Apr. 07 - 7 & 18May 07- 5 & 16Jun. 07 - 2 & 13
e) Fees: - 1,684/- (1,500 + ST) per person.
f) Time: - 8.30 am To 12.30pm (Half Day - 4 hrs)
C- 2) ISO 9001: 2000 QMS Documentation Training: -
a) Course Objective:- To provide information related to documentation requirements for ISO 9001 QMS Certification.
b) Seminar Contents:- Why documentation required, Advantages of documentation, Types of Quality System documentation, Quality Manual, Quality Policy, Quality Objectives & Quality Procedures etc.
c) Eligibility:- Participants should be aware about ISO 9001:2000 & its benefits.(or should have attended awareness training)
d) Schedule:- 1) Sat. of 1st week & Wed. of 3rd weekJan. 07- 6 & 17Feb. 07- 3 & 14Mar. 07- 3 & 14Apr. 07 - 7 & 18May 07- 5 & 16Jun. 07 - 2 & 13
e) Fees:- Rs. 1,684/- (1,500 + @ 12.24%ST) per person.
f) Time:- 1.30pm to 5.30pm. (Half Day - 4 hrs)

C- 3) ISO 9001: 2000 QMS Internal Audit Training: -
a) Course Objective:- To develop skills for conducting internal audits of ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Mgt. System.
b) Seminar Contents:- Details of ISO 9001:2000 clauses / requirements, Types of Audits, Audit Process, Preparation & Planning of Audits, Audit Checklist, Preparation of checklist & Identification of Non-Conformities [N/C's].
c) Eligibility:- Participants should know about Awareness & documentation of ISO 9001:2000 or should have attended awareness & documentation training).
d) Schedule:- Wed. & Thurs. of 2nd Week & Thurs. & Fri. of 3rd Week: -Jan. 07 - 10 –11 & 18-19,Feb. 07 - 7 –8 & 15 -16,Mar. 07 - 7 –8 & 15 -16, ,Apr. 07 - 11 –12 & 19 -20,May 07 - 9 –10 & 17 -18,Jun. 07 - 6 – 7 & 14 - 15e) Fees: - 4,490/- (4,000 + ST) per person.
f) Time:- 8.30 am To 5.30 pm. [Two (2) Full Days (8 hrs x 2 days = 16 hrs)]

C- 4) ISO 9001: 2000 QMS Lead Auditor Training: -
a) Course Objective:- 1) To develop skills for becoming a successful Management Representative (M. R.) / ISO Coordinator,2) To develop skills for becoming a competent member of your company’s core team, which is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining & improving your company’s Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001 Standard,3) To develop skills for conducting Quality System Audits on Suppliers (Vendors) on behalf of your company.4) To develop skills for conducting third party / external audits on behalf of a Certification Body
b) Seminar Contents: - Details of ISO 9001:2000 clauses / requirements, Types of Audits, Audit Process, Preparation & Planning of Audits, Audit Checklist, Preparation of checklist and Identification of Non-Conformities [N/C's] . Various case studies with role play practice.
c) Eligibility: - Participants should know about Awareness & documentation of ISO 9001:2000 (or should have attended awareness & documentation training).
d) Schedule:- Wed. To Sun of 2nd week : Jan 10 To 14, Feb.-7 To 11, Mar.-7 To 11, Apr.-11 To 15, May-9 To 13, Jun.-6 To 10e) Fees:- Rs. 14,030/- (12,500 + @12.24%ST) per person.
f) Time:- 8.30 am To 5.30 pm (Five Days - 8 x 5 = 40 Hrs)
